Pattern of Mind

Many of our thoughts, feelings, and reactions follow structures we have developed over the course of our lives. They help us understand the world quickly and often operate automatically. The name Pattern of Mind refers to these recurring inner patterns that shape the way we think, feel, and act.

Something happens, we interpret the situation, a feeling arises, and we react. This process unfolds very quickly and often escapes our conscious awareness.

When we pause and notice what is happening within us, these inner patterns become visible. What becomes visible also becomes changeable. We begin to see that there is more than one possibility and that we can choose where to direct our attention, what meaning we give to a situation, and how we speak to ourselves internally.

The aim is to bring NLP and the understanding of inner patterns into everyday life and to support people in shaping how they think, feel, and act more consciously.

Feel. Shape. Grow.

For many years, I have been interested in the question of why we tend to think, feel, and react in similar ways in certain situations. I am curious about how our perception is formed and how strongly our experience is shaped by inner patterns.

Since 2019, I have been deeply engaged in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). I am fascinated by how language, perception, and inner processes interact and how change can be created consciously. Through my Practitioner and Master level trainings, as well as through my own practice, I have experienced how powerful working with inner patterns can be.

My academic background combines psychology and mathematics. A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, the Bavarian Staatsexamen for teaching at secondary school level in Mathematics and Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Mathematics form the professional foundation of my work and connect psychological understanding with a clear structure.

With the birth of my children, this knowledge became part of my everyday life. In intense and emotional moments, it quickly becomes clear whether methods are truly accessible and work in the moment. This led to the desire for clear and simple tools that help people better understand inner processes and consciously work with them in everyday life.

This is how Pattern of Mind was created.
